MCSZ Enterprises started humbly through business connections. Seeing the potential of the construction and fit-out industry, the company began as a trading business — capturing markets through buy and sell of building construction and facility supplies with extended installation services.

Under Maria Cristina Agra's leadership, MCSZ evolved from a trading company into a full-service Skilled Manpower & Design-Build partner. The company now ventures in depth into both private and government agencies, delivering projects for clients ranging from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to Solaire Resort & Casino.
